My ratings would probably have been higher but they are currently changing the hotel to mainstay and they were learning the new system and had minimal employees. They were for the most part all eager to help me. Overall good experience. Thanks mainstay staff. I look forward to staying with you again.

I had to leave before breakfast unfortunately but I was given an upgrade even with a pet without me even knowing I could get one!! Very nice friendly and I felt safe especially traveling alone

It was clean. Good value for the location on a UT football weekend. Staff in the lobby seemed nice. Had no issues during out stay.

They do have an elevator. Kitchen area was decent

Check in was a breeze-very freindly staff. Room was tidy, sheets were clean. Basic ammenities and even had a small, concierge breakfast with outstanding coffee. Great value for the money.

Room was clean, comfortable, and included a kitchenette. A cooking odor was noticeable the first night, but dissipated the next day. Breakfast was fine, everything was available, and coffee & hot water were hot.
